Leaders in HR or recruiting are in different units or functions, but no central head of talent exists. Each division works pretty independently.

Our hiring managers do the majority of recruiting activity, and leverage HR and/or various third parties as needed for support.

Our hiring managers do the majority of recruiting activity, don't really engage HR for recruiting as a standard, and use RPO for support as needed.

There is no designated recruiting team outside of the RPO, and outside of exceptions, that RPO performs the majority of work for every position in our business.

The head of recruiting controls the majority of hiring across the business; the RPO works closely with that person and their team.

We have one or more service provider engaged, but the use is sporadic and not a large percentage of the recruiting.

Leaders in HR or recruiting are in different units or functions, and the RPO augments those teams as needed and at their request.
